Some of our younger pupils are particularly enjoying the slopes in the school grounds, which I’m sure many of you have experienced with dirty school trousers every day! While sliding down the slopes on their knees looks like great fun, I am concerned about potential for serious injury. We will continue to move pupils on – and yes spoil the fun I’m afraid – but better this than broken bones.

Our Amey staff have a huge collection of lost property, including some almost new jackets. We will look to set up a lost property collection point in the next few weeks. However, if you know items are missing, please encourage your children to speak to a janitor who can show them what we have. After Christmas we will donate lost property items to the Rag Bag collection.
