In order to support the wellbeing needs of our children and young people in Renfrewshire, The-Exchange have developed two virtual workshops for secondary pupils which focus on:

• Mindfulness – self-compassion
• Mindfulness – worry

These workshops are in response to the themes of referrals to the service and are to provide you with a resource for early intervention and to highlight to parents/carers the support that is available if needed.  The videos can be accessed using the links above which take you to the HWB YouTube channel or by accessing The-Exchange page of the blog:
